I ordered a black and grey flag. I received a brown and grey flag. This seller does not pay for return shipping. There is a “restocking fee” regardless of the reason the item is being returned. Etsy does not provide buyer protection so if you want an item that actually resembles the one a seller is advertising then you should not buy from this store. To be fair, the item is beautiful, but unfortunately it’s useless to me because it’s simply the wrong color.
